I come to you. We'll start with a couple strategy calls before I arrive so we're crystal clear on what to tackle during our time together. Then I'll show up at your clinic ready to work hands-on on whatever you need most…systems optimization, building replicable processes so it's easy to duplicate and teach, effectively launching online booking, or implementing solutions tailored specifically to your business. Perfect for new launches, major transitions, or when you need intensive on-site support.
$750 per day (2-day minimum)
6 hours per day of intensive, hands-on work
Plus travel expenses (varies by location)
